In the summer of 2009, Travis took on an entire highschool football team. Previously the team had been plagued with injures including two athletes with herniated disks in their lower back. Through the course of 3 months, Travis increased the athletes squats by an average of 50lbs (with a team best of 485lbs below parallel squat) increased their bench on average of 40lbs (with a team best of 285lbs), deadlifts had actually not been used before this time but in 3 months 4 players were deadlifting well over 400lbs. Many other performance evaluating exercises were also drastically increased such as box jumps, vertical jumps and overall conditioning.

However Travis rehabbed my back through some lower back strengthening exercises around my vertebre that allowed me to squat again pain free!
